Cape Town, 11 February 2020 – Taj Cape Town has announced the appointment of Melissa Herman as Director of Rooms.
Melissa brings a richness of integrity and passion to Taj Cape Town. Her key responsibility is to oversee all Front Desk and Housekeeping Operations within Taj Cape Town, she will ensure that standards and quality are maintained and that guests are able to experience memorable moments at every touchpoint.
